Field Marshall Manage run order, keep test on time, ensure proper safety is being maintained. Volunteer Coordinator Ensure volunteers are going to their designated spots, help manage them as needed, ensure they have their necessary equipment. Equipment Coordinator Ensure required equipment is placed and volunteers have the equipment they need for their role. Judge Steward Keep judges hydrated and fed, ensure they are taken care of. Lunch Setup Put out lunch for judges, handlers, and volunteers. Field Bird Coordinator Place next run of chukar in bird bags, put birds from the field in infirmary or deceased in cooler. Send additional birds to the field as needed. Bird Planter Place the birds in the field prior to each run. Gunner Walk into the field and take shots when given the signal by judge or directed by the handler. Bird Prepper Pull flight feathers from birds prior to track. Pickup Dog Handler Seasoned dog ready to swim out and retrieve bumpers and other items as needed. Kayak Bird Planter Plant birds during duck search from the kayak. Winger / Duck Thrower Use winger to throw dead duck at judge's command. Dispatch Duck & Number Dispatch and number ducks for duck retrieve.
